Beacon Athletics is proud to present the Paul Zwaska Scholarship in recognition of Paul’s dedication to sports field management education.
A $2,500 scholarship for tuition and books will go to a deserving individual who is planning to pursue a career in the sports field management industry.
The deadline to submit an application for this scholarship is October 15, 2024.

For more than twenty years, Paul served as the Director of Education & Strategic Initiatives at Beacon Athletics. An advocate for education in the field, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in soil science and turf management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The Paul Zwaska Scholarship is presented by Beacon Athletics via the Foundation for Safer Athletic Fields for Everyone (SAFE), SFMA’s charity.
